I was a teetotaller (had to look this up .. very funny word ) .. or better I always drank beer. Then, in 2007, I had a roommate who loved the red wine. She taught me every secret about it and taught me to love it. "One ( just one ) glass of red wine a day , sends the doctor away.." they say ...but I don't know .

Yes, minnie, it's said that a glass of red wine does keep the doctor away. My Mama use to try to tell me it was apples but it's definitely red wine, with the addition of chocolate and a good hot bath.
